I think if you have a code you have up to 28 days to use it anyway.

"Be one of the first 2000 people to apply for Orange Cash though the Compare & Save website and you'll get a free card (usually £5) and £5 to spend pre-loaded onto your card when it arrives. Just follow the link above to get your unique voucher code. We'll email you your code and you'll then have 28 days to use it or lose it. Once you've got your code,"

If there are any spare codes out there I would be grateful. Spent 15 mins trying to get online with no luck

    This thread is so predictable.

1st, - people panicking and moaning about how slow the site is and errors they have coming up
2nd, - people blaming the company itself about how unfair or "misleading" the offer is
3rd, - people actually taking the time to complain about how they didn't get something that was given free to some lucky people
4th, - people bragging how they got 50+ of the free codes
5th, - people practically begging for free codes off others.

It's made my day quite entertaining just lurking this thread.

6th- some smarts a** thinking they are clever by posting silly list.

    Hey, I managed to get a couple of codes (already given the other away before anyone asks!) and managed to get my application in. I got this at the end though;

    Order Details

    No Description Price
    1 Orange Prepaid MasterCard £ 5.00
    Total £ 5.00
    Top-up £ 5.00
    Payment Details

    Paid by Promotion Voucher
    Voucher number ********
Your Voucher value is £ 10.00

I haven't put any of my own card details in, do I have to top it up to £10 (so a fiver of my own money) or is that saying there's £10 on it

No, that is right. The card costs £5, and they put £5 to spend on it. So the total value is £10.
  • Just done mine :) xx

I have a code but can't apply for it as their server must still be recovering from the overload... I'm assuming I can apply tomorrow or whenever as I'm hoping they only gave 2000 codes out? Or is it the first 2000 people to use their codes....?

I don't get the logic in sending people to 3 overloaded websites though - at 11:55 MSE became VERY slow, then totally unresponsive at times (although it was more reliable than the other 2) and the other two were only going to get worse - anyone looking for the link had a hard enough job before they even reached Orange!

Plus the first link posted on MSE was taking me to Compare & Save, and that website was saying come back at 12 (on the rare occasion it loaded, when it was waaay past 12). Then saw MSE had changed the link straight to cash.orange which worked (eventually, it was giving status 500 errors for ages)
