Hello everyone!!
Not posted in ages but still saving
Probably not got much more than what I've banked already and is in my signature but waiting for a couple of cheques for selling some CD's and a bit of change still in the pot to count up. To be honest I'm only putting the small change into it now as I've started a new pot for next time and it really is sealed, but not got much in it so i don't want to open it this time round.
£1 road kill too to add :j

Opened my pot! The suspense was killing me!!!!
I have already banked £15.00 into my 'stash' account and I have got £4.88 in the pot! Total since August is £19.88. I am soooooooooo happy with my modest amount.
I am setting myself a target of £100.00 for next years sealed pot challenge:jDebt Free Date 1st August 2016 Sealed Pot Challenge #140 -
Well done e4rub, I nearly surcomed to opening mine tonight but managed to resist.
I started mine in August too so I can't wait either. I have put a couple of notes in aswell! Was going to have a look with the torch again to see how far off the top it was but gave myself a talking to and just said to myself
"walk away from the pot":rotfl:
I have never in my life been so excited about saving money. Everytime my mum comes to visit I say feel the weight of the pot. She just rolls her eyes and says but its only shrapnel.
Makes me giggle the banter that goes on on this forum. I think that this has to be the friendliest one on the site.;)SPC4 #1395 Aug 11 £135.75/£150

Just went to put some more coppers in my work tin to discover that it's full - so am about to sit myself down and count it up, will have to try to get it banked tomorrow as the sooner it's in my account the sooner it can get used towards all the assorted moving expenses we're incurring at the moment (every penny from the pot is a penny less to put on the OH's credit card later!).It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

1. If you are walking with someone and you see small-fry roadkill, do you pick it up anyway or do just walk on by and dream about it....:o?
2. Last night i put my transparent coppers/5p jar in a prominent place in my house (ie visitors can't help but see it). Well, my brother stopped by and saw it and emptied his wallet into it saying he 'can't be arsed' with all the change :j. To be more precise my dd had fun putting all the coins into the slot.Dave Ramsey Fan0
