pc wont run a recovery disc

Going in circles a little.

Do exe's work now?
Is malwarebytes installed on the broken machine?
Have you run it, and got the quick scan, full scan screen up?
If f is your usb flash drive remove it completely, then run malwarebytes, update it, do a full scan, fix anything found before closing

If it doesn't work, explain exactly what happens, a little grey box could be anything.

instaled onto a stick then loaded it onto broken pc, added to desktop, then tryed to run a scan as aminastrater, but it says windows can not find F:/RE-ENABLE v2 PORTABLE.EXE

I keep asking the same questions

do exe's work or not? ie do you get this same error whatever program you run?

does the internet work on this machine now?

is f your flash drive? if so remove it.

what have you done since putting the flash drive in the broken machine?

sorry no nothing is working still no internet the machine is no diffrent, cant get anything to scan,

start again

copy rkill.exe from usb stick to broken machine
copy the fixexe.reg file from usb stick to broken machine
copy malwarebytes mbam-setup from usb stick to broken machine
REMOVE usb stick from broken machine

double click on the .reg file

double click on the rkill.exe file

double click on the malwarebytes installer

then run malwarebytes,
update malwarebytes
FULL scan inside malwarebytes
select the c drive to scan
fix anything found before closing

if at any stage anything doesn't work, please explain clearly what comes on screen

sorry for being so confusing will run over everything again tomorrow, and start again, thanks for all your help i really appreciate it, will post here again with further information, will have to go to bed, up for work in the morning
