You know how to copy the reg file to a usb stick, so copy it on your machine to usb stick, also copy rkill.exe onto usb stick, safely remove hardware on your machine before pulling out usb stick, put usb stick in broken machine, double click the reg file on broken machine, and hopefully voila exe's may work again.

that's what it's supposed to do, do exe's work on the broken machine now?

if so, launch malwarebytes, update it, run a full scan, fix anything found before closing

doesn't help much, please be clearer in your explanations of what you are doing and what is happening. I don't know whether you are running malwarebytes or not yet, or whether exe's work or not.

if the errors are infections which malwarebytes has found, just let malwarebytes deal with them. f: drive is your usb drive? you are supposed to be scanning c

    is it scanning or not?

If so, just let it finish, then fix anything found before closing

if you have performed a full scan as suggested, it will prompt you which drives to scan
