pc wont run a recovery disc

the avira thing doesnt need to go on the stick, just copy the reg file and rkill onto the memory stick, then run them on the broken machine, then hopefully you should be able to do a full malwarebytes scan

Are you putting it in the drive first, selecting restart, then pressing F12 as soon as it powers on to select boot from CD rather than hard disk?

yes pressed F12 and nothing, how do i copy the reg file onto his pc and run with no internet
