£20 off £40 Ocado

Just had my delivery. Have to say the driver was lovely. As it was my first time with them he took the time to explain he invoice, and what happens if there is a substitution (which there wasn't). Couldn't have been more helpful.

Thank you guys, just placed my order for Wednesday morning. I presume you can amend the order like you can with T**co and the others? I panicked a bit trying to make it up to £40 and might change some of it if I can.

a lot of us i would think.

items being substituted and being charged a higher price.
orders going through several times and being charged more (1 report already)
the free gu souffles and chocolate being out of stuck --> items substituted --> free code no longer works --> charged more.

those are a few exmaples i can think of off the top of my head. i'm sure there will be more problems reported as the orders start to rush in and get delivered.

Just read the small print in the little booklet that has the Gu souffles code

"This coupon cannot be used in conjuction with any other offer or promotion"

Slightly worrying if used the 3 codes

i think that's ok.

your £20 voucher begins with 'vou' where as the free items are caused by coupons beginning with 'cou'. so i don't think that will be a problem.

this bit worries me:

'Product specific Vouchers

Entitles you to money off particular products, or in some cases, a free product. The Voucher will state which product or products it applies to, the saving you make (if applicable), the Voucher codes, and the Voucher expiry date. Products are subject to availability, while stocks last. If the product for which you have a Voucher is not available and we deliver a substitute the Voucher cannot be used again or against the price of the substitute.'

Many thanks OP, and also to the posters of the other codes. Got free double cream with my strawberries at Sainsburys, so if I end up paying for my Gu Puds, and have to eat them with my free cream, I'll still be very happy!!
