Doesn't it have to be used by 30th? Is that ordered or delivered?June challenge £100 a day £3161.63 plus £350 vouchers plus £108.37 food/shopping saving
July challenge £50 a day. £ 1682.50/1550

I have some money clearing in my account today, avaliable for use tomorrow (avaliable today is something like a very shameful 11p). I tried to order some shopping but it's saying my card can't be authorised. I thought they didn't take money until the delivery date?
It may also be a problem with the card so I'm just trying to figure it out (I even managed to block the password reminder for verified by visa with the card in front of me), remembered the verified by visa password randomly while doing the dishes so went back to enter it. All it says now is the the card could not authorise. I was 98% sure on the password. Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing?
p.s. also ordered a new bank card a couple of days ago - card worked fine, up until now, since then, but in the past I've always had to 'activate' the new card - santander ( hate them - only reason I cant change banks is that I cant repay the overdraft, otherwise I would)
Santander do seem to go that extra mile to be completely odious to their customers. If they were the only bank in the country I would rather keep my money under my mattress than trust them with it!
I'm tempted to use that code for free chocs but I'm a bit nervous about jeopardising my order. It's not being delivered till Tuesday so I'll see if others get theirs honoured first!0 -

In Martin's email it said you have to order by the 30th but delivery can be up to 3 weeks later.0 -
My email confirmation says the total price is only an ESTIMATE - this may be down to items I have ordered being sold by weight eg. meat, cheese. Everyone else get the same email?
I've only ordered cupboard/fridge/freezer items and the only suspect is:
Easy to Cook Mini Chicken Breast Joint Waitrose £3.49 - though I think this will be pre-weighed.
I'm tempted to go back and add the free souffles and chocs. Anyone know if these can be refused and returned if they end up charging for them, or cancelling the £20 discount?
You have a right to reject anything - so if they charge for the free things then I'm rejecting them too. If they void the £20 then I think that it may still be up to them as to whether they reinstate it or not - even if you did reject the two freebies, they could still say no for potential abuse etcLittleMissMPB wrote: »Can someone help me with something pretty please? If your Verified by Visa has been blocked you may have to phone up - I've blocked my Natwest Secure code
Cap1 says I have £199 to spend though (I have a pathetic £200 limit...)pleasedelete wrote: »Doesn't it have to be used by 30th? Is that ordered or delivered?0 -
Oh, I still managed to get the codes to work, all three of them, delivery is next week, but that does cost me £4.49 as I didnt spend over £75. So thank you everyone! When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0

Order just delivered by a lovely man ... bang on the beginning of the time slot.
Very friendly... and said "did you get £20 off there?" and i said yeah (feeling bit embarrassed) and he was like..." had loads of them tonight! was it some kinda offer???" so i told him about the offer and that 30,000 people had signed up and he would probably be having a busy couple of weeks
:rotfl:Was lovely though... and i have a code for a free bottle of £6.99 wine with my next order over £40 (dont want to post it though incase its customer specific.. sorry - but im sure others will get something too)

It always says estimate. I had cat litter and water delivered last week and it still said estimate so don't panic.
The wine is usually new Zealand cloudy bay. You get offered it a few times in a row. If you don't order the offers get better.
If you like ocado think really carefully about the annual delivery- it is cheaper but the money off and free items offers stop immediately when you sign up. Most of my friends have gone back to paying for delivery to get offers ( unless like one of my neighbours you have a daily delivery- I do wonder if they don't have a fridge!)June challenge £100 a day £3161.63 plus £350 vouchers plus £108.37 food/shopping saving

Well done for not sharing your wine code - I'm sure EVERYONE will get a code for a freebie off their NEXT £40 shop which is what it is intended for
Plus if everyone starts posting their codes on here it will be the usual ''free for all' which is MSE but come on guys , you ALL got £20 worth of shopping for FREE why on earth isn't THAT ENOUGH , still want MORE eh?????:(:(
