Just wondering - last edits are 00:20 on the day of delivery (or is for me anyway, might vary depending on area/delivery time I guess, mine is booked for 11pm).
On the day of delivery (after the last edit time) will there be a finalized statement online showing exactly what's due to be delivered, what the final price is, what has been substituted etc? So that we can know exactly what to reject? Or can it change and you not know until it's at your door, so have to go through it with the driver at the door?0 -

Thank you to gizmo, zack and pleasedelete for confirming the 'estimated price' email is normal. (thank you button not available at present)
I agree with cazzap that it is probably better not to go after the freebie chocs and souffles, so have declined on this occasion.
Substitutes at dearer price seem to be mentioned alot - can you not stipulate 'no substitutions' on your order? Although this of course would then bring your order below the £40 thresh-hold for most people.
If your delivery ended up being alot dearer because of substitutes, or under £40 and therefore no £20 discount - would you be able to refuse the whole order and just pay the £2.99 delivery charge?0 -
was able to log in today before delivery and see what my subs where... and my delivery was tonight.
i also got a text this afternoon reminding me of my order, the name of my driver, the details of his van and the details of my subs0 -
ocado doesn't deliver to my area in northern ireland so if anyone who missed the deal wants me to forward the email i received to them let me know (or anyone who wants another one if it can be used twice lol)....no point in it going to waste0

Thanks for that karlie
I hope they want to keep us happy being first time customers
Keep you happy as a first time customer by firstly giving you a £20 off your shop and then letting you use 2 CODES which you KNOW you are not allowed to use to wangle a further 10 pounds worth of freebies out of them.... I don't think so! lol0 -
