Hi, i've got my email with the link to my code so i've started shopping but when i choose a delivery slot it says 'we have a problem with your postcode'. So i phoned customer services and was told it takes an hour for the system to take in my new details and to try again later. Anyone else had this problem? I only just register but seems strange i can't start shopping yet. Thanks!0

My email confirmation says the total price is only an ESTIMATE - this may be down to items I have ordered being sold by weight eg. meat, cheese. Everyone else get the same email?
I've only ordered cupboard/fridge/freezer items and the only suspect is:
Easy to Cook Mini Chicken Breast Joint Waitrose £3.49 - though I think this will be pre-weighed.
I'm tempted to go back and add the free souffles and chocs. Anyone know if these can be refused and returned if they end up charging for them, or cancelling the £20 discount?0 -
Thanks for sharing this voucher and the choc coupon (just amended my order to include it) Does anyone know what happens if the chosen delivery date is after the 25% offer on 6 wines finishes on Tuesday. Will we still get the 25% off?
I've rung them, not a good idea as its an 0845 number, took ages to answer but as soon as you get through they have your order in front of them.
She said the ammount you pay is the same as the ammount on the day you ordered so as long as we dont alter our orders after Tuesday we should be OK.
I am still not convinced though. I think I might feel happier if I get it confirmed in an email. If you order from Tesco you have no idea what you are going to pay until your order arrives on your doorstep
I wish now I'd risked it and done the order last night with the HDUK code and £1.99 delivery and I would now be the proud owner of some shiny new bottles of wine. Instead I've got a week now to worry about what price the wine is going to be when it arrives as my delivery is not for another week
Not sure now wether to buckle and get the wine delivered before Tuesday and pay for the expensive delivery charge ....“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Hi,
Wonder if someone could help. I have done my order and put my code in at the end and it has reduced the amount accordingly. I have put my credit card details in and it is now saying I need to spend £40 before I can checkout.
Anyone else had this problem or is it just me doing something stupid!!
Thanks for any help0 -

if you need to ring them again, type in the number here: http://www.saynoto0870.com/search.php
should cost you far less; potentially free!

All the supermarkets say this when you order. It's mainly to do with offers etc. Basically they wont guarentee the price incase an offer expires while you are waiting for the order or in some cases things like meal deals changing etc.Never give up the dream! :beer:0
