I AM SO ANNOYED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have waited in all day for HDNL to deliver my parcel. They turned up alright, but just put a card through the door. No one knocked. I am really annoyed.

i have refused to use HDN or any company that uses them for deliveries since the reversed int my car, writing it off and then leaving as if nothing had happened- thankfully there were witnesses and even the manager said it had happened before with the same driver

The tracker on the van will tell them he was outside your house at the time he said.

What would be the point of him writing out the card and wasting time instead of waiting for you answer the door ?

M&S use HDN? Had I known that I wouldn't have ordered from them. After a bruising experience with them and Amazon I will now be avoiding any online retailer that uses them. Back to M&S story I came home to find a large cardboard box sat on my doorstep in the pouring rain. Didn't do the cushions inside any good at all. To add insult to injury there had been several people in the house all afternoon.

Think I may start a facebook campaign against HDN! I am so unimpressed. Maybe we need to contact M and S/Amazon and let them know of our problems. I have and M&S have promised to investigate.

Not a delivery issue, but I did have a HDN driver nearly knock me over.
He reversed into the entrance of where I work.
I did not react immediately with fighter pilot reactions because lots of vehicles just reverse in order to turn here.
Where I realised he was reversing towards me, I had to run backwards, downhill on wet cobbles. I did not have time to turn around because of the speed he was going.
Luckily I was off to the gym and was wearing flat trainers and I'm reasonably fit, so I could run backwards out of his way.
He appeared to think I should of had fighter pilot reactions and a sprinters capability.

I complained, they offered to send me some flowers.
I asked them to send the money to charity instead and discuss the issue with the driver.

they use HDNL because they are cheap

The PS3 I ordred from Play.com shows as delivered on the HDN website...it has'nt been. They say they are going to 'interview' the driver. What a load of toss. :-( I saved hard for that console and am absolutely gutted. Do you think I'll get a refund?

Well you didn't receive it so you're entitled to a refund and ultimately Play.com would have to give you one whether they dig their heels in in the mean time is another matter. You'll have to give play a reasonable time to resolve it.
