Help: really odd

Hi.

A week ago i ordered some felt tips from some one on ebay (a company). They were poorly packed and they also inculded a note along the lines of "anything less than 5* isnt good enough for ebay ect". I hate it when sellers do that, and when they dont deserve it it just annoys me. So i left decent stars for everything put packaging and communication"Item was ok but they sent a note telling me i should leave a 5* thought it rude." it was a negative though. They had asked to be emailed before feedback so i explained that i didnt agree with the note.

Anyway... im selling some shoes on ebay and they paid and i got this:
Hello. You have left a negative feedback to somebody. I have just bought your shoes. You have to remove your negative feedback.

I dont know what to do. How do i cancel the transaction and deal with this. If the packaging wasnt bad i woudnt have left feedback at all and just left it.

    Have they bought with the same id as they sold the felt tips from?
    I'd get straight on to ebay.

    Have a read of this:
    Buyers are not allowed to threaten sellers with negative Feedback, neutral Feedback or low Detailed Seller Ratings in order to obtain goods or services not included in the original listing.

    Sellers may not require buyers to leave specific Feedback or Detailed Seller Ratings. Sellers also may not demand that buyers withdraw existing Feedback or Detailed Seller Ratings. These prohibitions apply to all Feedback activity, whether prior to, during, or after delivery of goods or services described in the original listing.

    Breaches of this policy can result in a range of actions, including account suspension.

    Type feedback extortion into the search box.

    Then contact ebay and tell them about the message.

    No, I wouldn't, I would contact ebay, & have no dealings with the buyer

    Don't cancel! If they don't pay after 4 days, then open a dispute for non paying bidder. Make sure they get sent special delivery which guarantees tracking, and also contact Ebay to get their feedback removed, as it's against the rules!

    Just thought, to cancel a transaction the buyer has to agree, this buyer has bid on your item purely to leave neg FB, so they won't agree to a cancellation.
    Soolin always advises to buy & sell on different accounts, to prevent this happening.

    most of your Feedback is positive. Remember you do have a 'right of
    reply' via the Feedback Forum. A polite, honest and measured response is
    the best way to confirm you're a responsible trading partner and will
    allow other members to judge the situation for themselves.
