Well not much to report on the ol' DFW front but I have found a birthday pressie for my Step Mum and she is getting a DVD as well! Same as my brother and his girlfriend (but not all the same movie obviously!).
Haven't been feeling too great the last few days...think I have a bit of a cold coming on. Was meant to see a friend this evening but it looks like they forgot and I wasn't gonna remind them as I felt like and still do feel like poo! I feel like I have been punched in the face as my nose is so sore, but for the first time ever I actually haven't! I am always getting punched at Kickboxing as I get lazy and drop my guard!
Had to fill the car with Petrol today and get a few bits food wise. I am having a friend to stay over tomorrow so she will have Emily's bed and she can sleep in with me! It will be great to see her
I will be working on Saturday for a few hours so that will be a little bit extra money at time and a half. I hope not to spend anything on the card for the rest of the week so I can see what I am playing with moneywise, ready for payday on Wednesday.

Hope you feel better for your friendcoming tomorrow.
I'm on super dooper tight shopping budget this week. Can't wait for the day when i can go shopping and not have to add up every penny as I go round....wish i'd appreciated money more in my younger years
But hey ho, we will get there. Off to bed, my eyes are giving up on me!!

Had a lovely evening last night with my friend, great to have a proper good ol' chinwag! Saw a friend for lunch today too so that was nice!
Well had a looksy at the banking situ today and not looking good at all! I get paid on Wednesday and was hoping to take Emily to the cinema this weekend as it turns out the overtime I was hoping for has now been canceled! But after checking my balance (and confirming that Virgin are indeed only taking that £20 odd quid phew!) after birthday pressie money, Council tax, Kickboxing grading, Dentist check up costs (gawd hope they don't want to do any work!), cacky boxing night a few weeks back and Buzzby's jabs etc has all come out I am left with hardly anything at all!
I will need to do some food shopping and hope to really cut that down.
Game on ebay sold for £19 but I noticed the cheeky beggers took 10% of the money I made on those tickets I sold...then paypal took a cut too! Jeez Louise!
This month money wise has been all over the shop really as having to pay out monies when transferring balances etc, loans and final interest payments I was gonna have a mare anyway! August should be a quiet month, bar getting Car Insurance renewal at the end of it! I will be off for 2 weeks then and am hoping for some cheap days out with the teenager! At least it should all start to settle down next pay month! xxx:j 'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' - DFW Nerd member 866 :j0 -
What a day! Had to spend the day training a guy from another department who is meant to be spending one day every other week with us. He kept on wandering off and then just before lunch I asked him what time he wanted to have his lunch and he replied 'I reckon I will go at 12, have a 2 hour lunch break and then go home' and that was exactly what he did because he vanished and never came back! Told me my work was boring etc...such a miserable begger he really was!
Took Buzzby to the vets for his jabs so that cost £46 quid even after my £2 off voucher!
After paying out for all those little bits I have about £80 left until Wednesday. Gonna try and plan the food budget this week and do it really really cheap! Was meant to be taking Emily and her friend to Pizza Hut tomorrow with my voucher which makes any pizza, unlimited salad for a fiver each. Might take them both to IKEA for Hotdog, Chips, and Ice Cream as that will be cheaper! I know the food quality of that isn't that great but for a one off they would be happy!
Thought August would be a cheap month...then remembered School Uniform and School Shoes etc....aaaaarrrrrrgggggh! xxx:j 'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' - DFW Nerd member 866 :j0 -
