Oh dear! if it is said litigation manager I do hope his company know he is playing here. Being a litigation manager you would think he would know better then accuse a hard working Mum of being a benefit scrounger!

Pity Melton Mowbray is so far from me, it would be interesting to see what an idiot looks like!:)

Yep I put him right, despite his snide opinion, like most on here I have a full-time job and it's something that actually gives something back and provides a service to Society, unlike his job which is one step up from stealing.

Sadly too far from me too - but can those who attend please let him know that MSE posters are in the Court, hope the pathetic jumped-up pen-pusher shows up!

Are you sure Melton Mowbray is the right court for Excel? I thought it would be more appropriate for Perky.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

  • I might pay a visit to see this also.

Be interesting to put faces to internet names, that is if the internet people will really come out and reveal themselves.
Why not Perky? It's not as if you have any real business to run, is it? After all trolling consumer forums and seeking dates on websites can only occupy a person for so long.

Note to Notts Phil: wear dark glasses, not to hide yourself but judging from Perky's posed photo on the dating websites, there are some things you should not get too close to.

notts_phil or notts_phil_ofsh#t as I now think of you .. be nice to meet again as you are convinced we have met before, but alas, you have gone all quiet on that one when pressed for info

I actually thought you were amusing however I now believe your rather sad!
Haven't you got any friends to go and enjoy a drink or a meal with?

Or maybe its time to rejoin the dating websites?

Just to remind Perky it was with Flirtbox and Plenty of Fish that you registered your wares. I doubt there was a stampede. No doubt you could dig out your profile and that oh so lovely webcam shot that you posted on the sites.

mmmmm, you say that it was a long time ago, you have moved, did not keep paperwork.
You cant remember what court it was or when it was but you won a case that you defended and therefore prepared a full defence pack, attended the court and won .. but cant remember ANY details.

I smell BULLS##T, but then again, why am I surprised.

It was 3 years ago at birmingham County court. I must have shredded the documents ages ago

I wonder if someone could answer a question for me ?

What use is a NPO against a private individual who keeps no documentary records of who drives his / her vehicle at any given time ..surely if they say they don't know ..then they don't know ????

How exactly does an NPO compel someone to give information which they say they haven't got ??

I accept that the keeper may be required to give a list of persons allowed to drive but as long as this list is longer than one name ....where has all the time and expense of an NPO actually got the parking company ?????
