It could be said that I have an interest in this, we also have a NPO case ongoing at the moment in Walsall County Court (date to be listed, but case number is 1QT51297 for any doubters). We had a case a couple of years ago in which an NPO was granted (again, for doubters case number 7QZ66589, Bury St Edmonds) so would be good to hear the arguments used and could catch up with the claimant to show documents we used and order granted etc...

There are still quite a few unanswered questions on this thread which you seem keen to avoid. Is there a reason you do not wish to answer?

Having viewed your companies last accounts I would think it would be wiser to try and boost your income rather then chase people around county courts for a pittance.

Hear hear! Perky's outfit is just a boil on the backside of PPCdom. That's how he can afford to be running around the country to far flung courts at the drop of a hat and spending his day on here and other consumer sites. He simply has got nothing better to do.

I smell BULLS##T, but then again, why am I surprised.

I took a case to PATAS in 2008 over a bus lane PCN and won. As the matter is concluded I binned all the documentation ages ago. Does that make me a bullsh***er because I can no longer remember the date of the hearing and all the finer details of the case?
