    Well i dont know the result......

    But i do know their litigation manager "navide akbar" left the company on friday......

    I managed to get hold of the number of his replacement through bluff and he was a bit cagey, first of all thinking i was The Defendant. From his response to me i get the feeling the Defendant might not have showed. But ill ring the court tommorrow afternoon and get the result

    Phoned the court earlier and the case was struck out:)!! Excel have stated they are considering there next move. They really don't know when to give up!!!@@
