But i do know their litigation manager "navide akbar" left the company on friday......
I managed to get hold of the number of his replacement through bluff and he was a bit cagey, first of all thinking i was The Defendant. From his response to me i get the feeling the Defendant might not have showed. But ill ring the court tommorrow afternoon and get the resultHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Phoned the court earlier and the case was struck out:)!! Excel have stated they are considering there next move. They really don't know when to give up!!!@@
