Please in future refrain from naming individuals personally that you may have spoken to on forum postings.

PS, you will be hearing from Melton Mowbray County Court quite soon regarding the re-instatement of the NP Application which will be heard on 25th July at 14:00 and perhaps you can be prepared to tell the court exactly when XL/VC admitted that you were not the driver?

I can confirm that after checking with the court the case is being relisted. The case for Monday the 18th @ 2pm has been vacated. VCS made written representations to the judge who accepted this and put the order to one side. Relisting it for the above date.

This message was quite blatantly sent by NAVIDE AKBAR WHO WORKS IN THE LITIGATION OFFICE AT VCS/EXCEL. He claims this forum is a playground for children
