EPS/VC definitely have NPO applied for recently in Leeds District Registry - I have seen the judgment.

Its not such an empty threat anymore.

PPEXPERT is of course navide akbar litigation manager for Excel/VCS.

He will be in melton county court (thats if he has the guts to turn up, rather then just sending an agent) on monday 25th july. The hearing is at 2pm.

I shall of course be at the hearing. Its going to be an interesting. Think about 5 people are going to be there.

As it was struck out before then it should be struck out again. They are only getting a second hearing as they say they didnt know about it before........

    Be very ca

Empty threats? Well you would know about them. If you are Navide Akbar, 'Litigation Manager' (pah!!) for Excel/VCS then you are being really stupid here.

For other forum-users' information, here's a pm I got from this PPC industry rep and sad individual today, in response to mine:

You are going the right way about it and wasting Court fees and time as well. Sad, sad job you have.

QUOTE pm from this idiot thug, PPExpert:
    GO FOR IT MATE...

its better than the one you have... or are you a benefit-scrounger like the other time-wasters on here... go play chasing cars on the motorway or something... the vultures could do with some roadkill!

I wonder whether it might be worth setting up a showdown with the Litigation Manager... are you confident enough to get a PCN and then tell them so he can take you to court... I wonder whether your confidence would dissipate as quickly as air escapes from a whoopie cushion!

Would probably make the same sound too!

The message was posted at around the same time so its obviously Navide Akbar.

So hands up who is willing to take him up on his challenge

Oh dear! if it is said litigation manager I do hope his company know he is playing here. Being a litigation manager you would think he would know better then accuse a hard working Mum of being a benefit scrounger!

Pity Melton Mowbray is so far from me, it would be interesting to see what an idiot looks like!:)
