Kirri are you saving jars for HM jam/chutney/marmalade ? I can't do that, OH swiped my preserving pan to mix up cement !!!!!
Preserving pans aren't cheap, I'd go mad!
My mum does all the jam making for me so she already has a lot of jars - but I reuse any jars I get just for dried items - decided to sell a lot of my bigger bought kitchen storage jars and use free ones.. then once I've used any contents I can just stick them in recycling if I ever use things up!
Got a couple of ex pickled onion jars delabelled, bit of raffia on and used as vases
just trying - never thought of looking on Amazon for bird seed!
Lip_stick - lentils in 'Chicken Tonight'?!0 -
Lip_Stick I didn't get how what you said would work!
If I've understood correctly the child chooses what and the adult decides how much. If I gave him fish and chips he'd eat the lot. It might not be too varied tho!
I guess I'll just have to keep trying to get him to eat more. Might see Dietician again for more advice.
Hope everyone gets the amount of snow they wish for. None for me please.0 -

Found out today that for the past 3 months since I've got my new washer, I've been putting the wash powder in the wrong section... duhhhhh.
Kirri... I'd rather gnaw off my own leg than eat Chicken Tonight... yuckkk.canspendnomore wrote: »Lip_Stick I didn't get how what you said would work!

No, the opposite lol. You should be in charge of what goes on the plate, but the child should be in charge of how much they eat.
lol at not wanting snow. I only want it on weekends please! There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.0 -

Whats free milk friday?? X
It's on their Facebook page, usually opens around 11am, enter details and then it's random draw who gets one but think they usually give away 1000 bottles.
