Sure! Ive just been looking at Tesco and they will deliver where we're going to and the £10 off voucher will work. We have my niece coming, so they'll be the 4 of us and we'll be in a chalet.
Usually we take pretty much everything with us and put all fridge stuff in a bag with frozen chicken and sausages to keep everything cool, but we have a smaller car now and an extra person, plus my wheelchair and pillow lift and other aids, so just won't be possible. It will save OH having to go shopping after driving a couple of hours. Its his holiday too, so trying to make it as easy for him as possible. To repeat what others have said, requires education, to challenge it,requires brains!FEB GC/DIESEL £200/4 WEEKS0 -
I feel like I am starting to turn a corner. :j
This might sound nuts but I think making myself go shopping for whoopsies every few nights has helped me get past the mental block I had about being outside. Anyway enough rambling on from me.
Ramble as much as you like, you're making progress - well done. :T
Money-saving therapy. lol
Seen loads of bargains (non-food) today, but kept money for another day. M&S Outlet (Byker) has quite a few bargains, but sizes "hit and miss".
Never got to Metro Centre, but using a Groupon on Saturday in Newcastle, so perhaps then.
Got a £1 Copella coupon today in post, so went to Asda and bought:
Copella £1 - so free.
2 x small bloomers @ 2 for £1 = £1
Oykos yoghurts = £1
2kg bag sugar = £1.64
Total = £3.64
Sainsbury's:
2 x Cravendale (used 2 x 50p coupons) = £1
Days total = £4.64
No bargain hunting tonight, but maybe tomorrow night.
Took out 2 ready meals for tomorrow - carbonara for myself and chicken lasagne for hubby - created a little space.
Nothing needed from Lidl this weekend, hoping Brother doesn't want anything either!!!!

Evening everyone, lovely bargains as usual. Wish I'd known about the copella coupon! I really should start using those more... £3 Tesco voucher in the post today and found another £5 and £1 voucher on the dining table (under a pile of crap, must clear that or the party food will have nowhere to go!) so that's £9 and I'm going to double it up to £18 since Tesco's now include frozen food in the offer.
Spent quite a bit in home bargains today on last minute party stuff. All I need now are 2 massive number 1 balloons, another helium balloon and some stuff for sandwiches (doing ham, cheese & pickle and egg mayo. That should be enough variety for everyone). Also need some pop.
Can't believe my baby is turning 1 on Tuesday. This time last year I was just about to go into labour... and now I have an almost 1 year old and am 8 weeks pregnant :rotfl: excited but nervous as I am scared my waters will break way too early again (14+6). Anyway, enough from me, all I really meant to say was I got no whoopsies today :rotfl:Wife and mother :jGrocery budget

Sequeena, just to let you know that you do not need the vouchers, you can find the bar code by going to "My clubcard account" and clicking on my vouchers on the left hand side.
Scroll down to vouchers you still have to spend. That will let you know if you are missing any. x£36/£240

Afternoon, hope all are well.
Nice day here (clouds coming over now!!) and been gardening and karchering bins - time for a break!!
Lasagne and carbonara going in now and lunch in the garden. Soup to finish off tonight.
Took out the last of the Xmas sausages for a sandwich tomorrow and booked a Groupon for lunch - have a look at the shops also.
Hoping for a NSD, only Sainsbury's can stop this (if I'm passing later). Spent under £10 so far this week and happy.
Thinking of Tesco tomorrow to get some Surf and use some L'Oreal coupons.
Thinking of Sainsbury's also to have one last try at getting loads of shandy in one hit - got a £4 off £20 coupon and it would be nice. I might check the clothes and use it there and mix with shandy to make up £20'ish.

Afternoon everyone.
i'm feeling abit unwell today i'm getting a cold but the cold and flue tablets kicked in long enought for me to rearrange my indoor freezer abit, i now have a completely empty drawer and a half empty drawer, which will be even emptier tonight when hubby has the last few chips with some sausages. It' won't be empty for long tho i have a £3 off £20 tesco shop which i will be using with the price drop coupons if my store ever gets round to getting them in to stock the freezer up with enough bread, cooked meats, chips and cheese to last the rest of the month and then some.
kids had cornflakes (finished the box) and bananas (also finished) for breakfast, and sandwichs for lunch, just found chicken casarole mash and carrots in the freezer so they can have that for dinner, as i said above hubbys having chips and sausage and i'll have beans on toast, off outside to lift a loaf of bread out of that freezer which also has abit of room in itDEC GC £463.67/£450
