:rotfl: Well since I'm not made of money I must be mad! Glad that whatever you're up to has worked, will keep my fingers crossed for your next installments.
Managed to get a silver one, hopefully the shelf won't have been cleared by the time I get back!
Dontknowanymore - what is 'crazy gravy'? Great name lol. There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.0 -
blackandwhitebunny - have you thought about opening your own butchers?

What and let other people get their grubby paws on my bargains?:rotfl:I was off to conquer the world but I got distracted by something sparkly

I had a WW pasta thing for dinner.
A new tesco opened in my village yesterday, OH and I are boy cotting it because there is no need for one here, the bonus waitrose was dead and got lots of good bargains, croissants @ 15p, bread for 30p and other bits, spent £6.07. They also have WW soup on at 2 for £1 normally its 75p a tin! So stocking up on Wednesday!Annual Grocery Budget £364.00/£1500

bramble1 - I don't like Tesco and would never do my shopping there, but I still "use and abuse" them for couponing purposes and glitches. I don't want to lose out financially and simply use them to my advantage. I not lucky enough to have an option of a Waitrose, far too far away.
We went to Asda to get the handwashes and glad we did, they apparently were "flying off the shelves" - got my 6 in one visit, so well pleased. Bought a bottle of wine to make a purchase, couldn't have a zero bill. lol
Checked Sainsbury's on the way home and couldn't resist a 600ml carton of double cream for 19p - they had loads, but just took the 1, so 19p spent today.
Pasta in a blue cream sauce tomorrow now for lunch and fishcakes for tea/supper. Took out a pack of apple crumbles, have with some of the cream.
So no NSD's so far, but only 2 x 19p days so far this week - hope Lidl's half-price meat offer is good this weekend - gaps starting to appear in the freezers.

Evening all
Nipped into Asda to pick up another hand wash thing. Managed to get one, also bought some more deodorant as it's on offer, some matey for ds' bath, frozen baby carrots and some chocolate waffles to treat ds (and me). Spent just over £7. Can't believe you got 6 handwashes in one go Lynsey!
May have my lentil stew from the freezer for dinner, ds will be having pack up. Will have pasta with walnut and ricotta pesto for tea tomorrow. I've got high hopes and looking forward to that as the bruschetta from aldi was lovely.
I have to pop into town tomorrow so will have a glance around the market but I don't think it's much cop these days, although I did get a lovely big crab from there one day. There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. Gressingham duck legs out of the freezer tonight, roasted on a bed of leeks and yellow peppers...they taste soo much better than chicken legs. I stashed 3 packs for £10 on a Waitrose offer then some more from Morrisons. Will snap these up whenever I see them now !
Defrosting some Sainsbury's Taste The Difference diced wild venison and it will be interesting to compare it to the Highland Game brand diced venison from Morrisons which was cheaper but melt in mouth tender.0 -

Saves me going back, lol
Hubby put them all through, he asked first - our Asda is pretty good as long as you are buying the product and coupons are in date. If needed, we would just have got 2 at a time - same result and saves the hassle.
I wish I knew how to post receipts, it's so funny - £33.48 worth of stuff and paid just £3.48 - £30 off. :money:
Of to my brothers tomorrow as we didn't get there today and see if I can get another 2 printed from his pc.
