My advice is to leave it. If he was interested he would have picked up that you clearly are. Have you ever thought that maybe he just wants to be friends? My bf had a very good female friend whom he used to meet up with for drinks, etc, but never ever saw her as anything more, despite her practically throwing herself at him.
Have a really good night with the girls this weekend and remember, there are plenty more fish in the sea :-)
After a lot of thinking you could be right. At least I never threw myself at him ;)

and bought with him a scented candle, three bottles of wine and six wine glasses (I don't get the wine glass thing lol). Sat for a while, had a coffee and left. He picked up the kitten last week, and I got a card in the post a couple of days later saying thanks for the kitten luv *****. Then followed a text asking me up for a couple of drinks, and to see how the kitten is settling in.

He's shy;) He's scared to make a move;)

Scented candles, pretty romantic, often used to set the scene for some hanky panky;)

Its pretty easy to give a guy the come on, actually its almost harder not too. Invite him around to dinner, cook things he likes, look your best, you know the rest:D

He wasn't/isn't from MSE. Yes I do. And a friend that also gives a male point of view which is good :)

Did you find out from other sources that he's gay, or did he tell you?

It's just that earlier you said you knew he'd had girlfriends in the past?

I was once told, in my young days, by someone he was gay when he knew I was interested in him. He hadn't of course expected me to bump into him while out one night, where I found him with a girl.
