I seem to remember this was addressed before, and no, you can't get it for that price. Feel free to correct me tho...0 -

No they don't have to sell you it.
In fact any shop can refuse to sell you anthing they want to. They don't have to give a reason.
(The cant refuse to serve on things like race, gender etc).

Hi
Tescos Talbot Green have 'Finest 4 British Beef Burgers' promo on packs was £3-19 now £1-50, but they scan at the original price! Customers services gave me the difference and then I pointed out that it was double the difference, which was then denied and he said the policy had changed. I pointed out the 6 foot notice behind him and insisted that he gave me double which he did reluctantly.
These burgers should taste nicer now!!

My first effort at DTD. Noticed loose carrots had SEL of 68p kg and 78kg. I only bought a few carrots and was charged at 78p kg. So hotfooted it to CS thinking I'd get 5p or so, instead got double the amount I had paid!! Ok it was only 42, but every little helps!0

Are you allowed to take things to the price-check scanner first? Then, if noticing a mis-price, go and buy it to get the DtD? That would save buying things hoping the wrong price goes through. The View Belongs To Everyone0
