Tesco misprices thread 7 - please only post misprices here

Just got back from tesco as i went lookin for leadheads previous post,alas they didnt have any..who beat me to it!!??....but i did get...my 1st ever DtD... Logitech mm50 portable speakers for iPod (fits any iPod too) sel £49.88 (out of date offer though ending 20 may) got in black and white on the shelf too,went through the till at £99.76. Happily paid the man at the checkout then straight to customer services,huge que so i dont think they was having a good day,older lady served me as i polietly said..just paid for this only i have been charged alot more than it said..came back ashen faced as she saw the price on sel,and said to me oh well if you look the offer ended days ago..my reply was well thats not my fault..well ill just give you the difference back then i was informed so i looked up and said but its double the difference,she went greener than green and replied oh went on the phone to someone left me standing ages whilst she was struggling with a calculator in which time loads more people was joining the que behind me,smiling to myself as she went greener she then ushered me to one side so no one could see what she was doing..result £99.76 refund and a set of awsome portable speakers!!!! there was 3 on the shelf in white and 2 in black i just wish i would have had the balls get one of each lol...oh well there is always tomorrow!!;)

Sadly you were served by one of the fraudulent staff I mentioned.

The Express stores rarely have a big blue sign up behind the tills but they do have little stickers beside the tills with the price promise on them. You need to point this out to member of staff.

Didnt get this one myself as I had just been to CS with another DtD and 1500 points for nothing....but phoned my CQ who got one with full DtD of £40....Will update facts when I get mine (hopefully later this morning)....

Dab206 next to it also appeared to have out of date Sel...£39.97 down to £29.97......will check this one as well.....but not as good a bargain as definate one above....

Well I went to tescos today to try this out and I did see the product but the sel was not out of date it was stil in date and said valid til 6 june. Do you think it would still work?

I also tried the other one that cazian14 posted about the logitec speakers docking station but it also had an in date sel of end of may I think cant remember. Anyway I tried this one and took to til and it scanned at £49.88 so I just said to the sales assistant youi know what im not that sure about this can I leave it id be better to bring my husband to see it. She didnt think anything of it and said yes no problem. This just saved me taking it back tmrw.

I did however notice another logitech product reduced to £49.97 I think, one label said valid til 29 April which is obviously out of date, and then underneath the same product there was another label that said valid til 6 june so didnt bother trying this one

At my local it said 29/04 on one label, but 6/06 on another at the same price. So I didnae bother

The £1 blueberries offer runs out today and some of the new stock scans at the new price of £2.49. If your store still has the £1 SEL (and they should), plus the fruit & veg pledge banners still have them up at £1, have a look at the barcodes. The new £2.49 barcode is 10077696.

i shopped online and got my delivery at the the weekend, i didnot got discount on all the offers, i phoned the customer service, he look into my accout and only refund me the diffrence and said never has the policy for double the double the diffrence, i tried to seach but cound not fount it either,

can the op oe anyone send me tesco link of many thanks

The Tesco policy changed on 26th February 2007 to Double the Difference back if you have been overcharged.

Regarding the blueberries, I had been buying them in the 200g packs then they changed to 160g then 150g and they were still displaying the shelf barker for 200g, very naughty so I have reported them to the ASA along with the current 2 for 16 on beers as the TV ad clearly shows guinness in the offer but its not instore
