ok sorry how about 3 million week before christmas

The average Extra stores can generate turnover of between 1.2 million to 3 million per week, As you can imagine at Christmas these figures increase and i know of at least 10 stores that passed the 4 million barrier, The average weekly wage cost can vary between 80,000 - 300,000 for a 'Extra' store.

That is interesting as I know the manager of the IOW store, only store on the island may I add gaining approx 1 million sales a week, earns approx 50 grand and managers earn between 17-25 grand. For a business that earns approx 52million a year ( based on one store) that is nothing. You can try and ridicule my figures but I know them to be fairly accurate. And hey you can check the sun website and see if you find my fIgures. My figures may or may not be found on the web, I have got my figures from sites that cost tens of thousands to join a year, for example Athens. Feels free to try and join them. As for extra added that is obvious. Overtime, night rate etc are all availaible to memebers but does that make you significant? (I would like to say when I say you I do not mean personally, I mean all Tesco underlings). Hey if you have a decent position, ie at least area manager, and get an ok wage you may be listened to but odds are you wont. Only directors count, once you realise your place you may just realise that whatever you do throughout your career, brown-nose or trundle along, you will be no kore appreciated!

So you are using one store in the IOW to base your figures on?? Say's it all really. I find your comments regarding staff quite disturbing for a MD of a company - You clearly treat your staff like !!!! if the way you post on here is anything to go by.

    does that include managemental costs?
  • A reasonably sized Extra would have a turn over and head count to rival a medium sized business. I think you underestimate the role of Tesco Store Manager, especially in the larger stores.

My reply should have answered that but your point is mute. It doesn't matter whether each store rivals a medium business. Each senior member is under paid in comparison to a similar sized company. For example a good friend off mine is MD of a small company gaining profit if approx 3-6 million a year. He gets 75 grand a year, more than most if not all store managers. You think the profit margin is comparable? Tesco managers are grossly underpaid therefore they are not of the quality they should be for a business that size. As such they are run poorly, hence why this site exists!

how can i find out if there is only an image with warhammer mark for chaos written all over it but no specs for me to check

Iv given you my opinion im not giving you the answers as well - If you are clearly as desperate as you seem to get this game on R+R then im sure you'll be prepared to do the groundwork to be able to allow you to do so.

Grossly underpaid for what?? So say if my pay is in the 40,000 - 45,000 bracket then what is my job role and what is required of me by Tesco exactly?

As you wish. I bow to your in-depth research and your underpaid MD friend.
