I find your posts hilarious - You clearly have no idea of the pay structure in Tesco, Especially in the 'Extra' format. I also object to your 'lowly Store Manager' comment - Im sure if you are a Managing director as you claim then you would come out with far more professional comments.
If i was a CSM for Tesco on a mere £25,000 a year then believe me id happily join in with the R+Ring aswell!.Stand Up For What You Believe In, Even If It Means Standing Alone0 -
Yes but your ship should run in accordance with theres!
for sure and if its run in accordance with theirs and you are achieving a good bottom line then there is no need to be in contact with HO.
at the end of the day whoever dreamt of sending IT over to india probably caused these misprices/overcharges and HO wouldnt like to admit it
although its cheaper to run IT over in hyderabad it is probably as costly with all the misprices0 -
looks like another 10 pages to be deleted in the morning !0

I have come out with a professional comment. Unfortunatley a store manager is not a significant position. There are approx 1,897 store managers, do you think they are really important? Compare the board of directors. They number probably 10-20. Who do you think is more important? I have a fairly good idea at the wages, excluding potential bonuses, so I feel well informed. You are aware bonuses don't count as all managers upwards will recieve bonuses, and the higher they are the better the bonus. You do also realise the divedends paid to the staff in comparison to the directors are equivilant to one peanut and a bag of peanuts. Staff are just a renewable resource, they mean nothing and I mean it in no offensive way its just a fact. Most realise this and to those that don't fine, but given the choice between any amount of profit and a member of staff the directors would shoot the member of staff if it gained profit. Harsh, yes, but thats business!0 -

As a seasoned R+Rer i doubt you need much advice from me - But in reality if the cover is different then it could be argued the product is indeed different, How would you know if the products are 'identical' when one is an actual product and one is just an image on a poster?Stand Up For What You Believe In, Even If It Means Standing Alone0 -
