  • For a managing director of a company you are pretty repetitive - We've finished the converstion iv had my say, you have had yours. You clearly find TEs a threat which im suprised by considering your high managerial placing in your own company.[/QUOTE

I have only had my say when I replied to your previous message. I am not happy until I fell I have had my chance to express myself and fully defend myself. What is wrong with that? It appears that good healthy debate is not encouraged. Why not? I have nevver attacked you personally, just Tesco so why be so defensive? If you disagree with me fine but why act as if I am some buffon randomly taping the keyboard buttons?

I see that 'itscheapandiwantit' has felt the need to answer on my behalf.

I have been accused in front of other shoppers that I abuse the customer policy - on reflection I should have lamped him.

Most of us usually get a defensive reply from TE when criticising Tesco or CS. You need to remember that most of the employees who post on here are willing to answer questions based on their knowledge of Tesco but are not to personally to blame for how we get treated when we are at the CS desk. I have been accused in front of other shoppers that I abuse the customer policy - on reflection I should have lamped him.

I understand they are not to blame and I blame no Tesco Employee. I blame the training and management (by this I mean the hierarchy within head office) but I blame no Tesco Employee and my messages say the same. I have never complained about Tesco Employees just Tesco as a company.
