My PID know the sort of things to look out for. Always especially cautious around electricals
Hmmm, guys can we keep all talk of misprices to the other thread, they don't check there.;)
Do you communicate with other local stores, when I worked elsewhere we had a ring round list for incidents or news?0 -
I would also like to point out that I R&R and use this site because I was treated like a criminal over an innocent r&r. I only get what I want and can afford anything I R&R but don't see why I should allow a company that makes billions in profit to rip me off and treat me like a criminal when I am over charched. I ask again what have I said that provoked and deserved such a defensive reply. I say it as I see it and I am happy for others to do the same, agree or not!0

I personally either e-mail the information to H/O, Host local stores or if its a 'biggie' host all stores in the user account. Detailed information on where the R+R took place is always appreciated though care of the 'newbies'.Stand Up For What You Believe In, Even If It Means Standing Alone0 -

For a managing director of a company you are pretty repetitive - We've finished the converstion iv had my say, you have had yours. You clearly find TEs a threat which im suprised by considering your high managerial placing in your own company.Stand Up For What You Believe In, Even If It Means Standing Alone0 -

You also mentioned this 'small' site which is one of the most popular on the web and the Tesco threads have been viewed over 500,000 times - Hardly 'small' is it?
I am not trying to make your figure appear small or insignificant but the business I work for recieve over 1,500,000 hits a day and there are many other companies that recieve many more hits. In the grand scheme of things this is not small it is almost insignificant. Compare the number of Tesco shoppers with the number of registered users on this site. I would bet several thousands of pounds that less than a percent of all Tesco users use this site!0 -

Most of us usually get a defensive reply from TE when criticising Tesco or CS. You need to remember that most of the employees who post on here are willing to answer questions based on their knowledge of Tesco but are not to personally to blame for how we get treated when we are at the CS desk. I have been accused in front of other shoppers that I abuse the customer policy - on reflection I should have lamped him.0 -
just wondered if it isnt in your job description and they are aware of this thread why do you feel the need to email H/O?0
