OMG, is that training talk, I used to have a manager who like to talk about peaks and troughs if you were having a hard day - what a prat! Yes but your ship should run in accordance with theres! Granted some of the feeder business within my firm do not adhere perfectly to our regulations but the principals are the same. It would make sense that within each store it is run idependantly as different areas will be different, for example the north and south of England are very different, but the ethos, culture and basic principals should be the same throughout. Culture does not change from store to store! If the policy is to refund all overpriced items and allow consumers to keep the product then all stores should do this without questioning the consumer. It is not the place of a lowly store manager on £50,000 a year or Cs manager on £25,000 a year to disagree with directors on at least £250,000 a year plus shares who have set the rules!0 -
