I very rarely look at the miss price thread. Once a month maybe, if I'm bored.Who or what was I before you came in to my life
I am not sure0 -
ginjim wrote:so TE can yo tell me what its scanning at please? or is it all store specific?
Im almost scared to answer - I believe that it is scanning at the lower price as the stickered stock in the sale has a different barcode.Stand Up For What You Believe In, Even If It Means Standing Alone0 -
ginjim wrote:if they didnt come here imagine all the overcharges
I understand the point made by yourself and previous people, my point is if Tesco use this someone has to be overcharged in the first place. What should really happen is that Tesco keep on top of there prices independantly. For example when a product is stickered at one price it doesn't take a genius to ensure it is labelled and scanned at that same price. If every product group, meaning a random selection of say 10% within the group, was checked misprices wouldnt happen. Therefore the consumer would have no reason to complain, these sites would not exist and there would never be an issue!0 -

I'll just keep bumpimg this post up,until I get an answer.
I doubt very much that you will be able to carry over your details. Forumup who the site was hosted with don't keep backups of their databases and I cant find anywhere that says they allow you to take a copy of it which would be needed in order to transfer them to the new site.
Also it would require somebody converting the database from phpbb format to vbulletin which I doubt they'd bother to do (although it is easy with the correct tools)0 -

Ok but what do you mean by this? What did I post that you seemed to disagree with? All I have suggested is that Tesco have themselves to blame and if they were honest and charged us correctly we'd have nothing to complain about. What did you find disagreeable with this?0 -

Wow.......I'll leave you to answer that one Constantine.....Couponing....."every little hurts"
Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

ginjim wrote:so maybe its possible to find a different barcode then
Its been posted at least once if not twice that it scanned at 4x.xx, so could be woth a go. Might be worth asking on misprice thread for details of the barcode, I still have the old one which scanned at £29.0
