Or at least call & ask to speak to Louise. You should be able to find out if Louise actually works there.0

I would be extreamly surprised if nearly everyone in the store does not speak English. They are a capital city store of a massive multi national company. If they chose to be helpful and speak english is another matter. When you call I would suggest asking in French if anyone speaks English, if you just presume and start talking you may find that they are not so helpful. Also can you contact them by email? If so there are lots of sites that will translate English to French for you.0

Different world i'm afraid;)
OP i have posted some links here for you that may or may not be useful to you. There are some lovely knowledgeable people on The Purse Forum who know a lot about Chanel and ebay.

Haven't heard back from the buyer, its been over a week since he took it into Chanel in Paris, was going to message him but kind of dont want to tempt fate! Should i wait to hear or contact him.
Also of interest is that i have looked at his feedback - this week he has bought exactly the same bag from ebay (for 100 euros more than i sold for) the seller stated as me that its a genuine vintage chanel, looks identical to mine, made me feel better although i knew mine is real but i wonder if he bought it because he thought my bag was fake or i suppose he could be a collector.
just dont know what to do!!0
