  • Does anyone know of any credit card companies currently making such an offer? I'd prefer to pay off one of my current high-interest cards, and get one of these if possible for my new computer purchase..
  • A British Airways AmEx Credit Card offers 4.9% for the life of the balance. There's no minimum spend on the card, but when you do it's 19.9% (ouch)!

    When asking your existing creditcard whose balance transfer has expired if you can have a new deal... does this incur another search on your credit file ???

    halifax have offered DH 0% for 12 months with 3% fee and 6.95% for life of balance with 3% handling fee

    It usually wouldn't unless you are also asking for a new credit limit; but they can do a check on your credit file at any time they want.

    Santander have just offered 0% on BTs until May 2012, 3% fee. Need to phone them before July according to the letter :)
