Yes, it failed. Costing around £800+ but husband signed up for some plan that costs £12 a month and it takes 10% off the price so its just under £700. :( Luckily we can just stretch to it but it means borrowing money for a week til payday.

Still getting whatever is it when I go to the loo. Not sure if its anything/nothing. Feeling some pressure low down also but just keeping an eye right now.

People keep bashing into my bump :( maybe thats why its called a bump because it gets bumped a lot :D My husband said its because its in the way all the time haha.

Ouch that's not cheap. Hope that's it for another year!

I have no idea about the symptoms buy sounds like it could be getting into position for coming out.

My bump has started getting in the way. I can't reach the windowsill in the kitchen anymore and am going to have to rearrange my desk as can only just reach the phone. Can't imagine what it'll be like in 9 weeks time. Glad I saw the advice to choose a pram before getting too big.

Ohh, supermaiden - that's not good! Are they at least able to fix it quickly for you?

I've found the small trolleys at the supermarket are just the wrong height for my bump and I spend the whole way around bashing myself! I can't seem to wash up without drenching myself either :D

Its a proper dealer place husband took it to so I guess they get their orders filled quickly and they have ordered the parts in and will be fixing it on Thursday. Dad and his van are on standby incase of any action. :D The car only cost us £1350 in January so its really disappointing that it needs so much doing already.

Quite scary to think Im due on Monday!

    Evening All

Moany pants here, im hot, tired, over emotional and generally not very good company at the moment. Just want to be at home with OH and not here waiting for work tomorrow blah.

30 working days left so not too bad now, will be finishing at 36+2 so hoping i am able to get work to slow down a bit before then or i can see myself going crazy!!!

am 30+2 now and have been having mega pain in my chest, it feels like a pulled muscle and i thought i had done it being ill friday morning but not been ill since then and the pain went away but came back again yesterday evening and is worse now than it was before - im guessing its just Elvis having a wriggle around and making me uncomfortable but its not really fun.

Sorry about the moan!!! Hope that the car is fixed for you soon super!!

Apricot thanks for updating the list as always :)

    BCS hope you are ok

PP i think you are my new idol!

Labour vibes to all that need them and dont forget the pelvic floors ladies!!!

Oooh I'm next on the list (going by due date!) had some "twinges" last night but had stopped this morning. I was probably imagining it all as had two people text me asking if I had had any- so probably just wanted to give them some news lol

I am struggling with sleeping at night at the mo - feel so hot and restless DH is going in the spare room tonight so at least he can get some rest :o I did try and have a nap today but as soon as I started drifting off DD woke up - typical!

I'm hoping for a slow start to labour like last time so it gives me time to sort DD out (we don't have family near us so she will have to stay round a friends house) also a bit further away from hospital so plenty of notice will be good. It brings all sorts of new problems second time round I would have seriously considered home birth if DH hadn't been against it.

Anyway enough of my rambling - hugs to all in need, sticky vibes and labour vibes to anyone who wants them.

    Oh yes :D:D:D

All babies are cute, but he is particularly scrummy. Can't keep my eyes off him :D

I'm just starting to find being a mum of 4 hard work, but more because we have loads on with the kids over the coming couple of weeks and I think I feel overwhelmed by the amount of things we have to remember to take them to, etc. I can't wait for them to break up for summer so we can just relax and not feel tied to the clock.

Other than that, I feel really well. Not too tired, aches and pains are reducing daily. However, I have this really weird pain in my right hip. It's not joint pain - it feels like a bruise when I press on the area, but there is no bruise. Very strange.

Breastfeeding is going really well too, although he did nothing but feed constantly in hospital which made me really sore and I stupidly forgot the lansinoh so I'm still trying to heal my poorly nipples :rotfl: It's not hurting to feed him though, so it's no big deal.

DH is a bit nervous with him at the moment. He hasn't changed his nappy yet because he is so frightened of his cord! It actually fell off today so he has no excuse now. I think he is suffering more from the lack of sleep than I am, but I actually found last time I wasn't as tired as expected either.

We're expecting the health visitor to come over in the next couple of days, and I get discharged by my midwife all being well on Friday. Then that's it - my days of making babies and giving birth are over. Feel a little sad about it really :o
