Morning all - haven't posted for a few days so hope everyone is doing okay. I remember feeling like baby was going to fall out - no such luck as mine were both 2 weeks late! Sorry about your car Winnie but at least you weren't hurt and that's the main thing.
My test for obstetric cholestatis came back normal which is great but doesn't explain the itching! My hands and feet are literally on fire. Hands in the morning, feet at night. I've taken to putting a fan on my feet during the night to try and cool them so I can sleep. The joys, eh?!Thank you to everyone for sharing competitions!0 -
Am I allowed to post deal links here? Moses basket for £25 at M&S

Even though I'm being lent a basket, it'll cost £15-20 for a new mattress I reckon so am tempted but I know it's wasteful to buy new when not necessary.0 -
Morning all
From experience winnie I would just not bother mentioning the tire and deny all knowlege of it (as long as its still safe to drive) sometimes where men and cars are concerned honesty is not always the best policy!
Am feeling tired today so gonna rest and potter round the house hips are hurting and just cant be bothered
glad its a little bit cooler today, was baking all night xx***** on the road to debt freedom *****

I've parked the damaged side against the wall so hopefully he'll not notice
but you're right Kandboys, we're absolutely fine
That itching sounds horrendous! Glad its not cholestatis though. Have you got any Eurax cream or similar?0 -
I've got lots of creams but none of them seem to be doing any good. Going to see my GP at 11.30 and demand she actually examines my feet and hands as when I went last week a different doc just gave me anti itching cream and didnt' actually look. There are little bumps all over my hands and feet and occasionally on my feet they are coming up to a blister! Very painful to walk and can only wear flip-flops. DH keeps yelling at me for scratching but I just can't help it!!!!Thank you to everyone for sharing competitions!0

Hi, just lurking on here whilst TTcing and saw this. Are all the little bumps on the palms/soles and down the sides of your fingers? If so I'd ask them if it's excema. I have a special type of excema and it only appears on those parts of hands and feet and is like loads of teeny ickle blisters under the skin that sometimes join together to form a bigger blister. Worth asking them about anyway, could be somethig totally different though!0 -

Glad it was ok.. one less thing to worry about
I had really bad itching which sounded very similar when I was pregnant with DS1. I had caladryl cream which is basically calamine lotion.. but i found antihistamine creams worked better.. so used insect bite cream.
I soaked them in cold water as well which helped.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0
