Morning ladies and baby bumps :)

Car is in for its MOT today, here's hoping its not too expensive as we only have about £500 "spare" between us and that means no buying food until payday lol. Hopefully baby will hold on til its back because its 40 minutes away so am relying on my dad to be our backup if needed lol though he only has a 2 seater van gah! Have been trying to get hold of husband but his phone is off and cant find out where he is so he can be picked up so Im now all of a worry as his phone is never off!

Im getting fed up of feeling sick on a morning and looking forward to that ending once bubs makes his appearance. Speaking of which, I dont know if its just discharge (sorry TMI) or what but on wiping I had this white/creamy yellow stuff (TMI sorry sorry!) and not sure if it is something or nothing lol.

Apricot Ive been leaking milk for weeks and having to wear breast pads which are oh so sexy lol! :rotfl:

    morning all.

hope everyone is enjoy this gorgeous sun we've been having.

twinkle hubby and i are always talkign about future babies. i said to hubby i've got 6 weeks till baby here and scary to think i could be preg again in 7 week's,lol. i won't be as i know with section that close is risky. but it mad to think it is possible.

My belly has been giving me hell last couple days. baby movements have really dropped off and my belly is so firm i am very uncomfy. i should of taken a pic yesterday as it has dramactially changed shape. it was really low and looked just like a football under my top. but once the hardness had gone and the BH stopped it went back to normal shape. but i was in discomfort for most of the day. today i've just got back ache. i think prob due to getting myself so tense yesterday.

but i'm pleased to say next month our little baby will be here , so it is all worth it and once's he's in my arms i won't care about all this discomfort i've gone through. ( until next time , lol)

Hi, just lurking on here whilst TTcing and saw this. Are all the little bumps on the palms/soles and down the sides of your fingers? If so I'd ask them if it's excema. I have a special type of excema and it only appears on those parts of hands and feet and is like loads of teeny ickle blisters under the skin that sometimes join together to form a bigger blister. Worth asking them about anyway, could be somethig totally different though!

You're a very clever lady cos that's exactly what it's like!!! It's been diagnosed as pompholyx eczema - is that what you have? If the idiot doctor I saw last week had bothered to examine it he might have diagnosed it. Luckily I saw my usual lovely doctor today and she knew straight away what it was. So have some steroid cream and some emollient too :D
Thank you to everyone for sharing competitions!

Kira welcome to the thread and congrats! I know I was convinced we were having a girl, then we found out it was a boy, so you never can tell - people will no doubt tell you as you get more pregnant though that based on your shape/your appetite/your skin you are expecting one or the other...

Claireloo that's great news, well done and bet you are pleased to be able to put the stress of it all behind you!

MrsS nice to hear from you - have you any tips for us 1st timers?

Kandboys glad the cream is sorted and hope it helps - the change in weather might help now too...

PigPen sounds like you have been very industrious! I did lots this morning, freelance work, a wash done and on the line, cleaned (ie; swished quickly) bathroom floor, phonecalls, filing and put dishes away. Hard to believe it's 15:30 already.

Awful nights sleep last night - I kid you not that I was going to the loo twice an hour all night. At one point had a bath despite the heat as I didn't know what else to do. Whilst *running* the bath I needed the loo twice, than after it another couple of times, madness... ended up on the sofa at around 4am as to allow OH some sleep without my fidgeting.

Am waiting for the tesco shop as this *should* have all the ingredients I need to do the Big Batch Cooking day I have in mind for tomorrow, for stuff to freeze so that when bubs is here we can eat proper food from the freezer and not be tempted by bad takeaways. I will prob start with making lasagne, then something like chilli as I have some kidney beans to use up.
