    ARggghhh!!!

I went and got some icecream and milk because i decided i wanted to make milkshake out of some bananas looking slightly past their best in the fruit bowl. Pull the smoothy mixer thing out of the cupboard to find it covered in cobwebs and to top it all, a dead spider in the bottom of it!!! All i wanted was a bl**dy milkshake!!!

I considered throwing it across the room and crying but as im home alone it would only result in more mess for me to deal with. Thought i would tell you all instead and calm down before i go and do some washing up. How can i be so emotional over a few cobwebs getting between me and the milkshake? :-(

i am so the smae about food at the moment. I wanted a nice slice of white bread with butter on yesterday. looked in the fridge no bread left.. got a new loaf out and tried to defrost in micro went soggy and sticky yuck. waited hours for it to defrost then it didnt taste like i wanted it to so threw it across the room... The dog liked that part!:rotfl:

can i ask a random question? DD1 arrived every quickly, i was only in the hosptial 15 minutes before she arrvied. i think because she came so fast i had a tear and lost a lot of blood. i now have to go to a bigger hospital about an hours car journey.

If this baby comes quickly like my last what will happen if i turn up at my local maternity unit which is 20 minutes away? will they except me?

ooh.. can I add.. if you have time to call them to tell them to expect you it is polite.. lol.. but people go into labour on holiday and go to hospitals they arent booked in to.

Also one of the things I feel is unfair to the staff.. you can actually ring and say you are in labour and have decided you want a homebirth and they have to send someone out because it is illegal to give birth unassisted.. unless it is very very fast and if you decide to have a baby at home and not tell anyone medical.. if your partner or friend or whoever is there they can actually be proecuted for not calling medical help for you..

And no I am not any kind of alcoholic... far too often pregnant or breastfeeding for that.

I collapsed into a snoring heap on the sofa for 45 minutes earlier... and OMG I hurt I woke up, breathed and felt like every part of me had burst into flames.. i am really struggling to cope with this level of pain now..

Guess I should move and get Squeak the toy I asked OH to help her get 5 minutes ago

Braxton Hicks are surprising me. I never realised how long they can last. I thought they were an occasional thing, maybe 30 mins every once in a while. It's only in the last couple of weeks I've started getting them- and they're fairly regular, and last maybe 3 hours? That's most days as well, there's only an occasional day I haven't had them in the last fortnight.

How much preparing does my body need to do for pregnancy?

If they're lasting a few hours at 27 weeks- what on earth will they be like in the next 13 weeks?

Oh !!!!!! will someone either kill me or beat me unconscious I cant cope with me any more so God knows how everyone else feels..

I just hurt my pelvis squeezing past OH in the doorway when he wouldnt move.. and now I dont seem to be able to stop blubbering and Ive made my nose bleed again.. if he doesnt want to be here why does he not just eff off and leave me alone?

I am always such a mess the last few weeks of pregnancy but I appear to be excelling myself today. which means the MW will turn up or ring or someone interfereing will.. you watch..

Aw pigpen your OH really needs a good shake! I'm getting all worked up on your behalf at what a prize chump he is being, grrrrrr :(

My doctor's appointment went well. Baby is head down and he said he was "3/5 above". What does that mean? Flump is measuring 36 weeks so spot on and his heartbeat was strong and loud :) I've been given more anti-sickness tablets and a repeat prescription for maalox so we will see how I get on or with them. He told me to make a 38 week appointment with the midwife and also one with him so he can review my weight. I have put on 500g since I last saw him 2 weeks ago so he was pleased with that :)

Popped into morrisons this afternoon. Got a baby bath for £3.50 and they also have the huggies pure wipes on offer, buy 1 pack, get 2 packs free. They are £2.49 at the moment but I had a £1 off voucher from the huggies newborn starter kits (on offer for £3 in the Asda baby event. You get a £5 voucher for one of these when you join the Asda mum and baby club) so my wipes cost me £1.49 for 3 packs.

Chuffed with my little bargains :) hope someone finds them useful :) xxx
