Gilly, I'm sure you have far from a horrid face. I get told that every time I photograph someone, and it's usually wrong.0

I just feel it at times I guess, doesn't help I look so much like my dad I see his face when I look in the mirror
Is your full time job a photographer? We'l be looking for someone more than likely when the baby comes along for photosThe frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
Part-time as a photographer- have been for 15 odd years! (Feel old now
) It's not a job that pays incredibly well, but it's enjoyable. I do it alongside another job. It's fun, actually, I can relax and do weddings etc at my own pace.
And I continually get told I look like my dad. 20-odd years with a weird moustache til we held him down and lopped it. Eyebrows that compete to see which one meets his hairline first. Encouraging! Yet, he's not bad looking in his old age.0 -
I'll keep that in mind
No creative jobs never do pay that well, which is a shame really.

Dh is well-used to the 'It's ok, sweetie, I'm only taking two cameras today.' He sighs, because he knows that means 1.3 stone in my camera bag, which he will end up carrying due to pregnancy.....
Other job won't let me do anything due to pregnancy, which is why I'm on here.0 -
I wish I had a job, I'm bored bored bored every day of life. I was applying but I don't see the point now, my belly is expanding by the day and as much as places aren't allowed to discriminate, it's highly likely they'l find a better candidate.
At least if I feel rubbish I can just relax with my feet up.The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
Eyebrows now decluttered... I love plucking eyebrows.. then I tripped AGAIN on the same piece of $h!t on the landing I tripped over on Monday and fell face first into corner of the handrail and a sharp pointy box.. which didnt move given it has a PC inside! My pelvis is now agony again, my right leg feels cold and a bit tingly numb.. it isnt cold to touch, it just feels cold.. and my left leg has a sharp pain running down periodically..
So I stood and cried.. which peed me off!
Squeak banished to bed for a snooze.. and I am going foraging in the kitchen.
The nice man in Boots took pity on me and delivered DD4s prescription for meguess I must look as crap as I feel.

Gilly- Well, I'll offer again- give me a shout sometime and meet for coffee? I've got a hibernating thing going on, and planning to go to Armagh is appealing at the start of the week, but by the time the weekend rolls in, an hours drive is so far from a nice thought....0
