I was rummaging around on the pooternet the other day, looking at baby positions (cos i have a feeling this one will end up transverse for some reason!), and happened across quite an interesting -if very american- website that talks about all the various baby positions and what you can do to encourage them to move to a better one. There seem to be different methods for different baby positions.

Its worth a flick through IMHO. And the name of the site makes me chuckle.

ARggghhh!!!

I went and got some icecream and milk because i decided i wanted to make milkshake out of some bananas looking slightly past their best in the fruit bowl. Pull the smoothy mixer thing out of the cupboard to find it covered in cobwebs and to top it all, a dead spider in the bottom of it!!! All i wanted was a bl**dy milkshake!!!

I considered throwing it across the room and crying but as im home alone it would only result in more mess for me to deal with. Thought i would tell you all instead and calm down before i go and do some washing up. How can i be so emotional over a few cobwebs getting between me and the milkshake? :-(

My OH hasnt been near me in months.. and he would be even less likely once I got overdue

You really wouldnt.. it makes you feel really loved and appreciated and compounds the feeling/knowledge you are a big fat ugly munter..

I know what you mean. I feel bad because my OH is a gem, but doesn't understand not in the mood, and takes it to heart! Bless him.

You're not a big fat ugly munter... That's my job!!

Your OH really does need a kick up the bum. I kick off at mine when I feel hugs are lacking... DTD is one thing, it does a job, but hugs matter too (and are much less uncomfy when massively pregnant!)

Hello ladies and bumps, hope you are all having a good day?

Labour vibes to all the boldies. I can't bring myself to count how far from the top of the list I am as it scares me silly how quickly I am moving up it!!

I don't think I'd be very impressed if the midwife told me to have lots of sex, I'm so tired that even the thought of it makes me laugh! Poor OH is starting to feel very deprived but is being very understanding, which is a good job as I really am not up for it at the moment!!!

Those jumpsuit pjs sound good. I'm going to Manchester next week so will go to primarni and see if they have any there

I am soooo tired today went to bed quite late last night as I had a long sleep in the afternoon but then woke up at 5am and was violently sick couldn't get back to sleep afterwards as I still felt really sick and had bad heartburn I swear I am turning into the milky bar kid as I am drinking so much milk at the moment, 3 pints since last night! Wierd as I didn't drink it at all before I was pregnant...

I met my friend this morning which was lovely as I haven't seen her in a few weeks. I have my doctor's appointment at 4pm so think I might try and get an hours kip before then. Going to speak to him again about the sickness as it isn't getting better and seems to be getting worse, plus the heartburn is making me more sick. I've got maalox for the heartburn so maybe there is something else he can give me as it just isn't helping at the moment!

DH wants to hug me a lot- DTD is still on the menu as well....

I just keep having to tell him- he's very affectionate- that when I come in from work I could do without bump being kissed and hugged- it seems very sensitive to temperature lately! I did catch a brief glimpse of myself the other night in the mirror with my hair scraped back, top pulled up to my chest, big belly on show, and mismatched socks...... I think I should never compete for a fashion award.
