ok so have bought my rasberry leaf capsules today and started taking them, but baby brain has kicked in and cant remember why im taking them, will have to go and google. lol

Back from midwife, BP is raised from what it is normally but not outside the guidelines and protein in my urine, because of my history midwife has taken some bloods as a precaution and she will ring me if we need to do anything more. Baby is still not engaged, so just sitting back and waiting for news from midwife or something to happen.

Wooohooo thats good news, hope it lasts!!!

Had a bit of a day of it today, went to MW, normal MW on holiday so there was a stand in, who took my blood pressure and it was high 140/85 (i normally run around 100/60) so she did 3 readings, then checked my sample and found protein, decided she wanted to take some bloods - failed miserably and so i was sent to hospital for checks.

Queue blood tests, foetal monitoring and more samples and blood pressure readings but luckily everying is now back to normal and i am totally fine and they have no concerns :T:T:T:T

OH was able to get straight out of work but luckily MIL came with me (on the spur of the moment) to the MW so i had her support and she was amazing

Dr at the hospital said that she was sorry for the inconvenience lol, we did have a bit of a wait, but explained that sometimes they over react on the tests to make sure everything is ok, to be honest we are just relieved everything is ok, so far everything has pretty much been text book and we have been very lucky with everything so this was probably the most worried we have been (other than the car accident at 32 weeks)

Anyway, OH and i are both knackard and ive got no further instructions other than to go see the drop in midwives on Monday if Elvis hasnt made an apppearance before then.

Evening all

Had back pain all day really achy, usually get this when due my period so im freaking out a bit and have checked hospital bags three times in the last two hours.

OH been in work quite early today and i usually hear from him every couple of hours but he had not text or rang at all so i rang him an hour ago and said 'Hello, remember me? My waters have broke....' '................................oooohh?!' after laughing my head of I told him i was kidding he said he has been snowed under - ppppppssssh! Well at least i know what response ill get when i do actually go into labor!

Feeling quite tired today, although did get a nice random compliment this morning, still feel quite zombie like though

Glad they did it eventually Kandboys, sucks they sent you home, my doctors is 5 minutes away from my house on foot and I'm sure they'd have fitted me in if I was there and the nurse was free!

Twins have been banished to bed with new pink fairy pyjamas, and told that if they are crashing

i`m 11 days over due now and sick as a chip but, it wont be long till the 10th i guess.

i went to my sisters today she is 3 days over due, her baby is engaged and she has been gettin regular twinges since about 7am but nothing too painful, so i`m not a happy bunny

Ok so having been tearful all day I've now got such a cobb on!! Fed up of DH dismissing my anxieties and worries. I tell him I'm tired he tells me off for not having an iron tablet every day. I tell him I'm worried about the baby he tells me to stop being so stupid. I just don't feel he takes my concerns seriously. Probably cos he doesn't like drama and he doesn't want to think of anything bad happening. But it comes over like he doesn't give a you know what!

Kandboys... I gave up trying to discuss such things with OH he just says oh.. like so what.. or he witters about seeing the dr or some other uch tripe.. I am tired because I cant sleep because I hurt .. there is nothing anyone can do to change it but a bit of help/support/understanding/sympathy/noticing I exist might help... so I do understand where you are coming fom... just whinge at us.. it makes us feel better about our own fears and complaints.. and you will realise it is all normal stuff to be bothered by. Does any man actually have any idea what it is like??? No..

Sometimes I wish they could do half the pregnancy just so they get some kind of idea what we go through..

Guess who has forgotten to check school coats fit and is now 2 coats short, DD2 has grown loads over the summer it appears and she now has 3 coats.. though 1 is going in the direction of ebay... Sometimes I am a complete moron.. the rest of the time I am an incomplete moron! And DD2 needs new shoes still so we need to sort that one day next week.
