Just wondering, does anyone have a magic foot treatment? Mine are swollen (blood pressure is fine though) and i feel like my arches have collapsed becuase they really ache, i do walk a lot, but always have so dont think it is that alone but my feet do seem to be getting worse - OH was stressing about it last night but i wouldnt let him turn on the pc to google it lol.

Elmo, I've been given a lot of stuff on Freecycle? Gumtree and Ebay are worth a try as well.

They are called healthy start vouchers now and can be spent on milk or fruit and veg, but yes they are still available.

Elmo I second your cushion idea!

Can anyone help suggest a christmas present for DH? DSD will get him a DVD, I have a gift from Hitchhiker, but no idea what to get him myself- and it has to be reasonably easily hidden in case I'm in hospital still close to the time.
