I'm 46th after the boldies :j Nobody else is allowed to join ahead of me, since the last 2 with the same due date are in front of me, I would have been 44th
    ;)

Debs I would see your GP about that rather than your MW.

Sophie is a teether toy, it's the cutest (if you're obsessed with giraffes like me :o )

I read bad reviews on them about the leg going down a child's throat and them choking, and about the rubber peeling away. I think they were recalled in Canada in 2009 and Denmark in 2010.

But then on the other hand a child could push their weening spoon down their throat and choke. So I guess if you are getting one then you don't leave your child unattended with it.

    Morning all x

    Congrats claire :)

hoping claireloo and winnie are ok :)

Went to midwife yesterday protein in urine and slightly raised bp but nothing serious so urine sent off for testing and next appointment next thursday. She talked to me about signs of labour, who to ring when the time comes also about going to look at the hospital where i'm having baby :) so hopefully will be going to look round tomorrow unless OH working.

My friend brought a bag round for me last night so it will be getting packed today :)

Went food shopping and did a massive shop yesterday so hoping not to have to go again until after baby's here.

I had no water from dinner time yesterday til about 6:30pm it came back on and was fine, now this morning the water is a horrible colour and I have already put washing machine on with all baby's new stuff, i'm letting it finish the wash then will have to wash again when the water gets sorted and my internet is playing up, i'm not a happy bunny today :(

I cant do the washing, wash up, put dishwasher on or mop the floor because of the water situation arghhhhhh

anyway rant over have a good day all :)

    xx

I know we are told to worry if our babies don't move a great deal but does anyone worry they move too much?! I have felt this one from very, very early on and it doesn't seem to stop. I'm convinced I have an octopus in there as I seem to feel him everywhere at once! I'm also convinced something might be wrong and he might have epilepsy or something as he seems to have these sort of fits! Tell me I'm being stupid someone please
Thank you to everyone for sharing competitions!

Quick update from a hospital bed. Baby Olivia born 0643 weighing 6lb9. Got to hospital fully dilated at about 5.30am. Just can't believe she is in the world. It truly is the most amazing feeling. I'll try to post a birthing story once I'm home and not running on adrenalin :)

Kandboys - my baby has moved more and more in the last few weeks - I thought they were supposed to start slowing down! Quite often keeps me awake or jolts me whilst I'm at my desk - I don't think it's anything to worry about but you could mention it at your next m/w appointment if you are concerned?
