Wow how scary is that list now. I cant believe im second after the boldies :eek: its so true that time just flies.

No signs of baby making an appearance, i just want her out. This maternity leave is so boring and i haven't even had 2 weeks off yet.

Im really thinking about getting a curry tonight. Any recommendations??? I dont really like spicy food but i'm so willing to try anything

Laura - I know exactly how you feel but see my previous post - we have to be patient (the hardest thing in the world for me!).

re curry - well it has to be spicy I'm afraid so anything with muchos chilli is what you need :T

Yes I had a 20wk scan a few weeks ago, and found out I am having a boy, which I am so thrilled about yey!!! Congratulations on your girl - how has your pregnancy been so far? I've been having a lot of headaches so Trimester 2 not so fun, but otherwise I am fine.

no headaches but i do have backache- had that before i was pregnant and really bad varicous veins. just gotta keep plodding on til my mat leave starts on 15th Nov! cant wait

Thanks for the chilli advice im with you re sweep. I'd rather not but if it helps not seeing MW until next Thurs so i'll be 40+3 and kinda hoping she'll do a sweep then.

Oh god, I'm not being patient!! Just realising there really isn't much I can do. I will need the honest details of the sweep as I'm booked for one next week.

I'm having a second bout of bloody mucus?! Sad but true - I showed the MW a photo of last one as it was dark, more brown really and she said it may or may not have been a show. She thinks it was just a bit of dislodging after DTD. However today's possible show has red stringy bits. Mums - does that sound more like it?

Thought it was about time I added myself to the list, Kira I gave you your girly symbol too!

I also took killiegirl off the list, I'm not sure if it was the right thing to do or not or if I should have left it in case she comes back sometime but from another forum I'm on I know she had her baby boy back in May, sadly it was too soon and I know that if she does ever happen to check back here I won't be alone in saying my thoughts are with her. I just didn't want people to be asking about her if she started showing as overdue or something

Laura - my MW wouldn't do one till I reach 41 weeks :-(. She said she'd fit a second one in before I'm induced (all that sounds like she's expecting me to be induced if you ask me).

Re curry we're having a biriani which isn't particularly hot but I'll add extra heat into mine as my DH is a wuss!! He only ate kormas when we first met! I always have to have an alcohol free lager with it as I don't mind any other drink works well enough with curry (apart from actual lager!).

I'm giving up on pineapple though. I keep reading that you need to eat ridiculous amounts and I just can't stomach that much. Sticking with the raspberry leaf and may attempt to DTD but I think my kitchen cupboard cleaning antics have done me in a bit.
