:rotfl: I woke OH up with my crying too, then I had another cry when I woke up. I kept falling back to sleep and crying and he kept waking me up!Puzzledbubbles wrote: »Morning all,
Last day at work today and i have balloons, ribbons and all sorts all over my desk, good job i have no actual work to do or it would be in the way lol.
Midwife at the antehatal classes said that very vivid horrible dreams can be a sign of labour - i always have vivid dreams so not sure if there will be much change lol, hope everyone managed to get back to sleep.
Happy Maternity Leave puzzled!!
I hope vivid dreams aren't a sign of labour, OH has been having them too  He never usually remembers them, but has had lots of dreams about death the past few nights. I told him dreaming of death signifies a birth or new beginning in your life.morning all!
just a quickie, what posistions are you sleeping in, ive read its best to sleep on your left side, which i have been doing but the past few nights the only way i can get comfy is on the right, if i try to sleep on my left i get a sort of stitch pain and i have to change sides, doesnt help that my sciatica has kicked in and my back feels like it's breaking in two! i tend then to wake in the middle of the night, on my right, then start prodding baby til i get a reaction from her, lol, thank god ive not long left and i can get back on my belly
I sleep on whichever side faces away from OH, I can't sleep if I am breathing in someone else's expelled breath. So if OH rolls over so do I. I think it is 'preferable' for you to be on your left, but at the end of the day, before this research was carried out millions of women the world over managed to successfully have healthy babies.0 -

Or they spread out like a starfish and shunt you over to the side of the bed so you're struggling to sleep on 3 inches of bed....Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession

I didn't know what KH meant either but got the idea.
Just popping on to wish JCR a happy baby arrival day for tomorrow.
Claire I hope your absence means your little one has turfed up too.
No signs for me but I've got the midwife tomorrow so I'm hoping for a bit of progress but we shall see. Oh well being a boldie can't be all bad?!

I wouldn't mind but it's a king size bed and he still does it! I wouldn't want to share a double with him, I'd get rolled out :rotfl:
It's bizarre but if you ask him nicely he moves... If you moan at him he just doesn't budge an inch and he's not a lightweight to manually shift
Even when he's asleep he's difficult lol.Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession:o
