The going to the loo 4 times an hour is getting me down so much, waiting fot an out of hours gp to call me back now.
Also drinking cranberry juice, any other suggestions for quick relief?

potassium citrate.. tastes like sheeeeeeeeeeeeet but does the jobby... BIG tablespoon full.. don't mix it in water like it says that prolonggs the agony.. have the icky stuff on the spoon and guzzle a pint glass of water straight after.. drink normally after that..

Oh.. and try not to pee unless you actually have a full bladder.. going too often can alow more germies to breed insted of the cells in the urine killing them off.

cranberry juice makes me upchuck.. gross stuff..

If it gets worse or you start passing blood ring OOH docs... that is what they are there for and get paid to do..

Just a quickie - congrats Karen! Looking forward to a piccy!

What does 0/5 palp mean? Fully engaged or not at all?

Fully engaged according to my MW - if you cannot feel any of the head your are 0/5 palpable. I am currently 2/5 palpable so 3/5 engaged IYSWIM? :o

    Massive congratulations Karen :j

Exciting stuff Anderson - but grr for a queue jumper :D

Sparkle Im weeing all the time too and literally just a teaspoon full at a time but told my MW at appointment last Weds and she said as long as there is no burning it's just baby putting pressure on my bladder.

Have been to the food festival today and had lunch in Las Iguanas - was quite possibly the worst service I've ever had and the food wasn't much better but had a good rant at them so feel better now!

Cheers Apricot - so that presumably explains the dropped bump? I was a bit worried but dr google says the level of engagement has no bearing on when you'll go into labour. At 34w3 it's not something I want just yet!

Im sure it will be fine doglover apart from walking around feeling like there is a bowling ball in between your legs (or is that just me?) but I think Dr Google may be right!
