No haven't received the reward as yet. My supply transfers to Co-op on the 5th August, I am pretty confident that the reward will be applied to my final bill.

The rep has certainly seen this thread, they are just choosing not to post in it for some reason.

Agreed, the last one read this thread Today 9:07 AM I'm sure the 'powers that be ' have sent directions not to post, maybe not to post or read, but certainly one was here this AM. Its more likely a prescriptive instruction from their line manager than an individual decision, because all four went missing simultaneously.

I gave notice (Right To Cancel) to SP that I was changing provider on the 14th July and promptly received an automated response saying that had received my email and would deal with it shortly. Its now 11 days later and I still not had a written confirmation that they will keep me on this deal (as per their own email). Am I supposed to get a confirmation or not ?

Try entering meter readings which flushed out the Reward payment on my acount.
  • I have called this morning and I got a recorded message after inputting my account number saying that rewards will be credited to the account when you create a new bill (presumably by entering meter readings) it will show the credit due, otherwise it will show on the next scheduled quarterly bill.

I've entered a meter reading today, but my reward is still not showing:(

To anyone who has had the reward ~ how did it show on your account please?

To the SP rep...why haven't I had my reward and what do I do now?

    Thanks in advance.

When you entered a meter reading it should have generated a bill, that bill will take into account the £105 credit.

Has anyone actually got the reward credit sent as a cheque? I was told by SP that they will send the balance as a cheque but just wondering how much I have to chase on this (as usual in this country, The Customer Has To Do All The Work).
