I got the e-mail stating I'd be credited but I've not had the credit yet either.
I'm wondering what will happen with the credit if you switch.
With the credit I'll be about £205 in credit, would they give this back to me.
Also if I stay with Scottish Power is the new deal, the OES 14 worth it.
I can't find any details about it,is it much more expensive than what we'e been paying (I do realise we'll be paying a bit more naturally since it's gone up anyway).

    Hi,
If the £105 was due on 6th June why can't they send a cheque if I am in credit when I change.

    Am I being thick.

They will have to credit the account with £105 as per the terms of the deal. If you are already in credit, this will increase the credit amount and then when they have your final reading, you will be able to ask them to refund all credit amounts to you.

    Thanks Ian1969uk.

I thought I was so out of date with modern practises that anything could happen irrespective of the contract.
I will switch, gain the £30 and go capped again. thou why I have to wade through all the tariffs seems rediculas; I should be able to charge the government for wasting my valuble time due to their inability to control the tariff mess.

    regards Shalimar

Thanks for this email. I have copied it and sent it Scottishpower myself.

I have signed up to EDF Energy Saver 2 from Uswitch via Quidco to get £20 cashback. As I have already completed the forms I still hope to get my £105 reward.

Still waiting too. I've not let it delay me switching to another supplier though, I was a customer at 7th June so they still have to pay it regardless of what I do now.

Same here. I have been contacted by my new supplier for meter readings but am stalling for a few days to try and delay the switch until reward is credited.
This site has saved me a fortune :money: ...it's also cost me a fortune!

I've still not got mine either:(

It's giving me a headache deciding what to do...I don't want to miss out on the reward, but can't help but think that switching to a fixed deal (looking at npower go fix 6) is the right move for me!

I've emailed them tonight to clarify that I will get my reward payment and won't be charged if I switch.....I await a response!!
