The rep has certainly seen this thread, they are just choosing not to post in it for some reason.

    Good morning all,

I have just have confirmation that we will be looking to start crediting customers from next week, we have no confirmation as of yet of when all customers will have received the payment.

    Kind regards

    Graeme @ ScottishPower
So you were "looking to start" doing it over 4 weeks ago and as far as I can see no-one has yet received their reward!!!

Tharweb...I received this in another email from SP today:

The Online Energy Reward discount on £105.00 has been applied
to your account and will be credited on your account on 1st August 2011.

I have checked my SP account and there is no sign of the reward as yet! :(

However this post also concerns me:

The fact that SP stop us accessing our accounts towards the end of our contracts, is going to make it difficult to see if the 'Reward' has been credited or if cancellation charges have been applied:(

Do you mean you cant get to the customer login screen or you have typed the correct login and password in but it doesnt accept it ? I cant even get to the customer login screen at the moment so I wondered if they were doing maintainance on it.

Have I made a mistake in swapping my supplier (yesterday) and letting SP know straight away since there is a 12 day cooling off period before it takes place. Does that mean it only leaves 3 further days for them to contact SP to close the account ?

    Hi Ianstrom,
Yes, the logon screen is unavailable to me as well. They must have another 'technical issue' with their website. :(

Just discovered there is a way to get to the login screen as follows:-

From the Home page click on "NEED HELP?/GO TO SUPPORT CENTRE HOME/MY ACCOUNT"

You can then log in to your account. They don't make it easy do they?
