I also got the wrong ones I've just rang them on the 0845 number and they are delivering the correct ones tomorrow but picking up the wrong ones on Friday! x

I just got off the phone with them (0845 121 1911) and I didn't even have to read out my whole order number. Once I told her the MOB bit she knew why I was calling
Firstly asked me if I have a store near me. When I said no (which is true) she told me she'll send the right choccies out to me today and I get to keep the wrong ones, too.

Mine finally arrived from 14/6 and wrong ones! CS sending replacements tomorrow but want to collect the others

mine arrived today (4 boxes) wrong ones, can't be bothered to spend 20 mins on the phone to be told to either drive into town, or wait in for them to collect(when they deliver they leave with a neighbour) when i only paid £7 odd and i've still got 4 boxes of chocs.:)

I rang and held for 15mins and got told they would be collecting the others and replacing them... My husband rang and complained about the poor service...They told him that if the order was 4 or less they could be kept and cancelled the return courier...

Will be interesting to see if a courier does actually come... This is the 2nd time I've ordered from Thorntons and the second time there's been a problem with my order... Don't imagine I will be falling over myself to buy anything else...

i got the wrong ones delivered to and rang the 017 number straight through to a customer service person and give her my details she said alot of people have been on the phone about this today ill send you your correct order out. i said how do i send these 1s back and she said just keep them really happy now 4 boxes for 4 pound :D:D:D

Did they explain how to exchange them for the correct boxes in the store? Aren't a lot of Thorntons stores franchises?

Do you bring the original email receipt or just the boxes of chocolates to the store?
