Wrong ones for me too. They are sending me out the right ones free off charge next day delivery and said I can keep wrong ones for my trouble. Happy with that!:D

Some people arent getting to keep the wrong ones as the cs people are sending couriers if it helps when i called i held at the first round of options then you get a second set of options the first option is for existing orders and the second one is for if you are not satisfied with thorntons i chose the second option instead of going to existing orders not sure if it will make a difference but you never know.

well for me once they had agreed to send the new ones out i just asked what they wanted me to do with the ones i had she asked me to confirm what they were then said just keep them.

Looks like the only option is to call, but after price of phone call and if i should give these chocolates back there is no point, i just lose more money and thats it...never ever I will order from thortons again.:mad:

i rang twice and asked to speak to a supervisor who was having none of it, he said the choc were worth £18 (i bought 4 for £6) and under some law or other they were within their rights to keep them
i said they were late with the delivery anyway and now would have the inconvenience of making sure i was in for delivery and seperate for collection, he was having none of it

I didn't even ask about what to do with the chocs as she had already told me I could keep theses for the trouble they have caused and how very sorry she was for the mix up.

I also received the wrong boxes, the summer collection, which is on sale on their website for £3.50 and they are 230g instead of 330g (Spring Collection), even if I had received a despatched confirmation by email with the products I ordered. I emailed them and I am waiting for a reply. Pretty disappointed with their service.
