So you kept the old ones despite knowing you should have given them back, you should be ashamed of yourself maybe they will keep your name and address on file and not allow you to order anymore. everyone likes a glitch me included but this is just plain wrong in my opinion:(.

I received the wrong chocs too - and when I complained they sent out 6 new boxes and said I could keep the old ones! but there were 2 boxes damaged - I do feel bad but they obviously made a mistake!

Like everyone else who has done the same? The boxes are untouched so if they would like to collect them then they can come

When the man came, he never said where he was delivering from, I order quite a lot of stuff online so could have been anything. I only checked the box when he started to drive off. Did you want me to chase him up the street?

He should have asked to collect then I would've known exactly what he was here for. I had them all packed up ready.
