Woohoo, rang the 017 number and they told me to keep the chocs and the correct ones will be with me tomorrow - AWESOME!! Chocs all round for presents then. Turns out the deal was even better than I initially thought LOL!

ordered four boxes the wrong ones so I gave them a ring and she is resending the order and asked if I could take the others back to a store. I asked if there was a return label and she said no just drop into a store but I wonder how will i track that they have had them back. Think Ill hold on to them till i have had my correct order then decide what to do probably just keep hold of them cant see how they will track them to a store with no reference and label.

Ordered 4 boxes - got sent the wrong ones. Phoned 0845 number to complain and was told there was a warehouse problem with all orders from the mobile site on that date. Was told I could keep the wrong ones and 4 of the correct boxes would be sent to me (but not next day delivery, just normal delivery). Very, very pleased!

I managed to phone them, as I haven't had any response by email and after 12 minutes of waiting on the phone (017 one), I was told that there was a mistake in the warehouse and they had complaints the whole day. They will re-send the correct boxes of chocolates (3-5 days) and I can keep the wrong ones. Very pleased!!

I also received 4 incorrect boxes. I have just phoned the 017 number - got straight through and told they would send me the correct ones out for Friday and I could keep the incorrect ones. 8 boxes of Thorntons for less than £7 :T

Yes but delivered a day late. Doubt I'll buy anything from Thorntons again.

The box contains the wrong chocolates. I phoned and they want to collect all of mine and redeliver sometime whenever! They said 3-5 days but you get the drift on Thorntons deliveries. I was very calm and understanding. Maybe I would have had a better result, for me, if I had ranted.
Most disappointed.

I got 6 boxes, all the correct spring collection.
I wish they had sent me the wrong ones as so many people are getting to keep them and are getting the right ones sent!!!!
